45 MINUTE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT -In this workout, we are hitting it all! We are fatiguing the muscles with resistance training, but also working the heart with a little cardio in between.
This total body workout will be a great way to start your day!
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, chair or bench to step up on
Format: 45 sec work/15 sec rest
Warm up or jump to 5:30
Squat thrust
Alternating side lunge
Single side step up leg extension

Plie wide shoulder press
Turkish get up
Crush grip chest press with leg lift

Feet elevated plank knee in side tap
Lateral lunge lateral raise
Frog squats
